Looking for a Technician responsible for the efficient diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of vehicles along with replacement of general automotive parts and accessories that can partner with store management and the front desk team to deliver superior service and education to customers on problems and proposed solutions for their vehicles. We primarily work on European cars such as BMW, Mini, Volkswagen Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Volvo, Jaguar, Porsche, but we also work on all American and Japanese makes and models. ASE certifications a major plus but not necessary. Pay is dependent on experience in a billable hour rate with a min warranty rate. We also pay on a bump above standard hourly rate increasing your weekly Pay.
Valid Driver's License.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in the automotive service environment.
ASEs preferred; ASE G1-Auto Maintenance and Light Repair strongly preferred; state certifications/licenses where required.
Strong customer service skills, great attitude, strong motivation and problem solving driven.
Ability to work weekdays 8-5
Responsible for the efficient diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of vehicles along with replacement of general automotive parts and accessories.
Identify and determine parts required for repair and for disassembled units.
Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services.
Document your work on repair order clear and understandable.
Road test Vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.
Able to follow work flow and processes of the shop
