I have many great things to say about Wilbert as he genuinely cares about his customers & is completely honest. I came in to get my brakes inspected & Wilbert double checked the brakes & was able to decide that I did not need to replace my master cylinder nor any other unneeded repairs. Wilbert detected the minor problem and did not even charge me for the fix! Also, Wilbert did an amazing job of repairing my strut mount and spring seats for a reasonable price & under a short amount of time. My car feels great on the road again. I actually performed work on my brake pads prior to getting it repaired from Wilbert & I received some issues from my own repair that I brought to Wilbert. Wilbert was able to detect the issue again which was minor, but highly crucial. Wilbert did not charge me at all for this fix as well. At this point, I truly realized Wilbert is a genuine mechanic!

Great service. I highly recommend them. I took my 2009 Volvo XC90 for the first time last week. We have tried dealerships and other mechanics in the past; however, felt a little ripped off. Wilbert explained what my car needed and the price was reasonable. This week my son purchased a used car and they did a thorough diagnostic test and made repairs. Wilbert and Tony are very helpful and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else.

Update: 1999 Chevy Camaro SSAlot of stuff has been cleaned up to this car, i cant remember them all. I got the power steering issue fixed. These models have a power steering cooler i think, but it wasnt working well, even when i changed the PS pump. Wilbert fabricated a fix, seperating the pump from the cooler so they wont mix anymore. I can say the leaks have been taken care of CEPT the rear main seal to which i just cant afford atm but will get done. The most major work done was installing shorter gear ratios, and i gotta say, im loving the pull this car has now. Most recently, last thursday, i picked up the car for a smoking issue. When the cars running normal temp, at a dead stop, ill see smoke coming from the drivers side top hood area. Took it in, and he found that i had no valve cover on one side ‍ simple fix, took it back, ran it hard on the way home, hit a red light, happy to see theres no longer any smoke True story! Soon as i was smiling at the fact that theres no more smoke, my SES light comes on ‍ took it back to Wilbert, AND I KID YOU NOT, soon as i park it at his shop, before i shut off the engine, the SES light turns off (WTF!?) I told wilbert the issue, but since i didnt wanna come off as a weirdo, i had to tell him it WAS on, but soon as i got here, it turned OFF. So hes checking codes for me as i type. But makes me wonder if this place is just radiating healing/fixing aura. Like when i got here, the car fixed itself when the SES light went away LOL

They took over for Russell's European Service, with whom I'd dealt for years...literally...probably decades. That was a shock, but more of a shock was how great this shop is. They'll long remember my Volvo 850 '94, which had a definite electrical drain...battery discharge a constant, nagging problem. Electrical shops in W.L.B. and HG couldn't help, neither could other mechs. Finally, desperate, I brought it in to Tony & Wilbert's shop and they told me they were persistent in solving problems like this. That was an understatement. They had the car for weeks. Wilbert traced the wiring every free moment he had and finally, after literally hours of chasing the discharge, found the problem. No one else could, but Wilbert pulled it off. A light in the glove box. I've had the car back for the better part of a month and it starts every time. As for the cost, they were more than humane to this old guy, whose wallet is thin and getting thinner. Tony told me what they'd do and it was more than fair. Not going to say what it was, others might well want the deal, which is like a sealed settlement, no one else needs to know. Safe to say, ain't complaining.

So I just left Euro Car Doctor and I'll just say I have a smile on my face. My first experience with Euro Car Doctor was one of confidence and ease. I called ahead for an appointment, as suggested by another Yelper. Tony took the call and after I had my confessional with him (I was way beyond recommended time frame for a tune up), he put me at ease and said he looked forward to servicing my C250 Coupe. I met Wilbert, Tony and George. They all were very nice to me and didn't make me feel bad for neglecting my car. Tony gave me a game plan for the next service due and sent me on my way with a fresh battery for my remote!Great service! Fair pricing! Thumbs up! Hitting the "Like" button. I've found my new mechanic!

need a light fixed on a 2010 S550. The guys did it while I waited and the price was very fair for all the work they had to do to get the light in. I will be back for service in the future. They also have a nice lounge with wifi and coffee.

I have been taking my vehicles to the master mechanic for 8 years now- none of them have been European and it has been the best experience with anything automotive related. There growth of business is the result of extreme expertise, commitment to customers and honest work. Time spent with these men is efficient with no beating around the bush of what is the issue- they don't want to waste your time and vise versa. I take my Kia here for all treatments- they value their customers highly which in turn makes my value of them very high. You will not find a more dependable mechanic. Regardless of distance I refer anyone here that summons a car issue. Wilbert and his crew take car of almost anything with 4 wheels and an engine. I never thought dealing with a mechanic would be this pleasant and simplified. Save yourself hassle with other locations and go see the Doctor. THANK YOU x1000 to the team at Euro Car Doctor!! they make a rough surface smooth -Scott (Torrance)

2010 Volvo S40. I started coming to Euro Car Doctor a few months ago when I needed an oil and transmission fluid change and wanted to find somewhere closer than the dealer. Tony and Wilbur are both fantastic: friendly, accommodating, honest and very knowledgeable about Volvos and other European cars. All of the technicians are very thorough and will do their best to save you money if possible. Best customer service EVER, quality work and very fair pricing. I highly recommend them and will definitely return.
