They took over for Russell's European Service, with whom I'd dealt for years...literally...probably decades. That was a shock, but more of a shock was how great this shop is. They'll long remember my Volvo 850 '94, which had a definite electrical drain...battery discharge a constant, nagging problem. Electrical shops in W.L.B. and HG couldn't help, neither could other mechs. Finally, desperate, I brought it in to Tony & Wilbert's shop and they told me they were persistent in solving problems like this. That was an understatement. They had the car for weeks. Wilbert traced the wiring every free moment he had and finally, after literally hours of chasing the discharge, found the problem. No one else could, but Wilbert pulled it off. A light in the glove box. I've had the car back for the better part of a month and it starts every time. As for the cost, they were more than humane to this old guy, whose wallet is thin and getting thinner. Tony told me what they'd do and it was more than fair. Not going to say what it was, others might well want the deal, which is like a sealed settlement, no one else needs to know. Safe to say, ain't complaining.
